GV II

Combination farmbuilding. Early C19. Coursed, squared, limestone, pantile
roof. 1-storey elongated range with 6-bay north-facing cartshed at west end,
central cowshed, and 3-bay south-facing shelter shed with forge at west end.
Northern elevation: cartshed to right has round stone piers with square abaci,
openings spanned by wall plate. Blind central part of range apart from garage
doors on right. Left end has door into rear of shelter shed with 2 recessed
panels on its left. Forge has door and window with cambered arches. Hipped
roof with brick end stack to forge on left. Southern elevation: central
section with door flanked by slatted casements beneath flat arches. Shelter
shed on right has tapered stone columns.
