Farmhouse. Dated'SSW / 1774'over door in left return. Squared,
coursed sandstone; C20 tile roof. 2 storeys with partial attic;
3 1st-floor windows with wing to rear left. Large, projecting,
ashlar quoins. Central, panelled door and overlight with glazing
bars in stone architrave with tripartite keystone. Flanking windows
have tall square-faced surrounds to C20 casements with glazing bars.
Band to 1st floor. 1st floor windows as ground floor with moulded
sill to central window. Moulded stone cornice. Kneelers built up
in brick, gable copings. Renewed brick end stacks.

Interior: contemporary turned-baluster staircase with matching stair-
gate to attic. Stone staircase in rear wing. C20 brick additions
to rear not of special interest.
