Includes No 75 Manningham Lane. 1830-40 terrace of 3-storey sandstone ashlar town
houses. Stepped up slope in pairs. Plinths, sill bands, moulded projecting eaves
courses. Stone slate roofs with corniced chimneys. Three windows each, no glazing
bars remain in sashes which are revealed with thin lintels. No 2 has had modem
shop front inserted on ground floor. Doors of 4 or 6 moulded panels with
rectangular fanlights; architrave surrounds with cornices with swept weathered
cappings.
