Corner site with Stotthill. Restored town house dating from latter part of the
C18 and therefore a rare survival in central Bradford. Three-storeys coursed
sandstone "bricks", brackets to eaves of stone slate roof with saddlestones and
short kneelers to gable ends; flanking chimneys. Three window symmetrical front:
glazing bar sashes in raised flat stone surrounds, tripartite on first floor with
square mullions, flanking central round headed window in Gibbs surround. Apparently
renewed ashlar doorcase. Set back 3-storey wing; the north east gable end has
renewed windows, the central one with Gibbs surround.
