Barn. Probably early C18. Stone encasing of earlier timber frame.
Hammer-dressed stone, dressed quoins, stone slate roof. 4-bay barn
with single-aisle to 2 bays to east. Tall segmental-arched cart-entry
to west with skewbacks, composite jambs and chamfered surround. 2
over 3 rectangular ventilators to left, one to right with mistal doorway
with quoined lintel and chamfered surround. Coped gables with kneelers.
Left-hand return has mistal doorway set in aisle, with chamfered
surround; 2 ventilators with wide pitching-hole set in apex with
composite jambs. Weathervane to gable.

Interior: good timbered roof with king-post trusses with single-angle
struts and braced to ridge. One post to 2-bay aisle has straight braces
to arcade plate and convex brace to tie-beam. Included for group value.
