Barn and cottages now all one house. Late C18 - early C19. Coursed squared stone,
stone slate roof. 2 storeys, 4 bays. Openings have plain stone surrounds, the
windows C20 casements. From left: bay 1: segmental-arched cart-entry with tie-
stones; window above with projecting ledge. Bay 2: door with 2-light window (former
door) on right; two windows above. Bay 3: two 2-light windows; 2 windows above.
Bay 4: 2-light window, window above. Plain gutter brackets. Ridge stack. Part
of a courtyard development. Included for group value.
