C18 dwelling house; very plain but entirely original, three storeys in
stone with stone slate roof. Moulded eaves cornice and plain parapet.
All window cills are part of plain string courses, some glazing bars
remain. Windows two lights, one light and two lights. Modern door, rectangular
plain fanlight, stone architrave to doorway. Plinth. One window with
mullions to rear, traces of C17 origin.

Nos 44 and 46 and Nos 54 to 60 (even) form a group.
