House. C18, with later additions. Coursed squared sandstone with quoins,
stone slate roof. Double-depth plan. Two storeys and 3 bays; symmetrical;
central doorway with plain surround, two 3-light windows on each floor, all
with slightly recessed flat-faced mullions and plain surrounds (those at
ground floor with shutter-lugs in the jambs). Corniced gable chimneys, gable
copings. Set back at left end a C19 added wing of less interest.
Rear: C19 kitchen wing attached to rear of right-hand end, and a single-
storey outbuilding (stable?) attached to this end.

Interior: dog-legged staircase with ramped handrail.
