Late C18/early Cl9. Render lined as ashlar, treble tile roof with stone coped verges
and brick stacks. Two storeys. Three windows: ground floor has tripartite glazing
bar sashes in square openings; first floor, glazing bar sashes. Pediment on consoles
over door, moulded door frame and architrave, 6 panelled door with top panels glazed.
