pilasters. Hipped slate roof with eaves on paired brackets. 2 windows with centre
window space to 2nd floor and painted niche to 1st floor. Shutters with wooden
frames to 2nd floor. Sashes with glazing bars. 2 storey verandah with trelliswork
to 1st floor.

No 25 including extensions, Nos 27 and 29, Cliff House and Mount Heber, United
Reformed Church Hall, and No 37 form a group.

No 29 shall be amended to read No 29 (Mount Heber)
