Farmhouse and barn. Mid C17, with late C18 extension and C20 alterations. Red
sandstone rubble walls, raised quoins; graduated green slate roof, stone ridge
chimney stack; extension of squared and coursed red sandstone rubble, Welsh
slate roof, stone end chimney stacks. 2 storeys, 3 bays, extension of 2 bays,
barn of 2 storeys, 3 bays. Original house in centre, with barn to left and
extension to right. C20 entrance, 2-light stone mullioned window to right and
above, smaller fire window to right of C19 opening with C20 replacement sash
window; similar C19 windows above right. Further C19 entrance to right has C20
door. Extension has C20 double sash windows in original openings. Late C18
barn has large cart entrance, small square openings to ground floor and slit
vents above. Further detached barn is listed separately.
