House. Mid C19 with some C20 alterations. Slatestone and elvan rubble with brick
dressings. Slate roof with ridge tiles and gable ends. Gable end stacks with brick
shafts.
Plan: 2-room plan, with a larger room to right and smaller room to left, each room
heated from a gable end stack, with entrance off-centre to left.
Exterior: 2 storeys, nearly symmetrical 3-window front. First floor has three C19
16-pane sashes in exposed boxes with segmental brick arches. Ground floor has
similar 16-pane sash to right and left and C20 porch set off-centre to left with
plank door and pitched roof. Right side has single storey lean-to. Left side blind.
Interior: Not inspected.
