House. Circa mid C19, extended circa early C20. Coursed dressed killas rubble walls
with freestone dressings. Scantle slate hipped roof with moulded wooden brackets
under projecting eaves. Brick chimneys over the side walls. Dry Delabole slate roof
over extension.
Plan: Double-depth plan house with 2 front rooms flanking a central entrance hall
leading to stair hall between rear service rooms. Adjoining set back at an angle on
the left is a later service wing with a trap house and former servants'
accommodation.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 3-window west front with central doorway.
Original 4-panel door with round-arched top panels, overlight. Original 12-pane
hornless sashes. The openings are spanned by segmental arches with projecting
keystones.
Interior: Not inspected.
