House. Early - mid C19, with additions and alterations of late C19 and some C20
alterations. Rendered stone rubble; the left end wall in concrete block.
Bitumenised slate roof with ridge tiles and gable ends. Gable end stacks with brick
shafts.
Plan: 2-room plan, with each room heated from a gable end stack. To rear right there
is an addition of later C19, of one-room plan, heated from a gable end stack; to rear
left there is a second addition of one-room plan with C20 porch set in the angle at
the left side. The original doorway was to centre front, now blocked.
Exterior: 2 storeys, symmetrical 3-window front. All windows are C19 16-pane sashes
ground floor centre former doorway. At the right end there is a small single storey
C20 addition with window. To right, the rear addition has late C19 6-pane sash at
C20 porch, partly asbestos slate-hung, with C20 12-pane window. The rear wing to
left is slate-hung, with small C20 window at first floor.
