floor architraves have cornices, 2nd floor ones eared. Ground floor
channelling, 1st and 2nd floor 2 storey Roman Doric pilasters with
entablature, modillion cornice and blocking course. 1st floor cast
iron balconettes with anthemion motif. N M R.
