House. Circa 1830, with some later alterations. Random slatestone rubble with
granite quoins and brick dressings. Hipped slate roof with ridge coping tiles, brick
stack to left and right sides. Partly rendered.
Double depth plan with central entrance and principal room to-front left and right;
rear service wing to left.
2 storeys and symmetrical 3 windows, first floor has 12-pane sashes with brick
segmental heads, ground floor has 12-pane sashes with brick segmental heads and
external shutters to left and right, central gabled and glazed porch on brick plinth;
half-glazed outer door with margin glazing, inner 6-panelled door with fanlight,
recessed and set in round-arched opening with panelled sides and soffit. Left side
has two 12-pane sashes at ground and first floors as on front. 2-storeys rear
service wing, rendered, with 4-pane sash at ground and first floor.
