& adjoining garage

House and garage. 1759 date, with initials JWA, on segment-headed date stone
over front door; later alterations and additions. Rubble construction: House
is wet-dashed, with rendered lean-to against north return; garage walls are
slobbered. Graduated slate roof. 2 storeys. 3-bay house has central
part-glazed door in gabled porch with casement to right, casement and small fire
window to left; 2 casements to 1st floor. Chamfered stone surrounds to all
openings. Part-glazed door to lean-to on right. Rendered end chimneys.
2 plank doors (one a sliding garage door) to garage on left, which was converted
from a byre.
