Detached house. Mid/late C18. Brown brick. 3 storeys. South
front double fronted with 3 windows. Good wooden Doric
doorcase with open pediment; panelled door with overlight.
Gauged red brick flat arches to slightly recessed gated sashes
with exposed boxing. 1st floor with 2 projecting canted bay
windows, having bracketed cornices, flanking single sash over
entrance. Parapet. Right hand return with shallow splayed bay
window to ground floor. C20 single storey lean-to addition to
left ground floor. INTERIOR: not inspected.
