Mid late C18. Brick with later brick parapet in stone capping and pantiled
roof with 3 brick'chimneys, 3 storeys (but lower than No 72) five windows, flush
framed glazing bar sashes with flat brick arches and stone keys. On ground
floor large modern low window and in basement a shallow bow with pilaster
divisions. At either side simple pedimented doorcases with fluted pilasters,
bracket capitals. Six-panel doors.
