C17 renovated C20. 2 storeys and 3 windows. 2 inch brickwork with some headed
courses on south gable. Brick modillion string courses over ground floor;
toothed brick cornice below eaves. Pantiled roof with raised verges, brick
kneelers and 2 brick chimneys ground and 1st floor windows are Yorkshire sashes
with glazing bars; ground floor windows are plain sashes with stucco heads,
braced and battened. The ground floor modillion cornice is returned to south.
Catslide roof to rear.
