Estate offices and gardener's lodge. Early C19. Appears to be 1820/30 but has
rainwater heads dated 1785. Roughcast with stone rear and parapet band.
Symmetrical plan with 2 square-on-plan blocks linked by a slightly lower and
recessed rectangular section with a carriageway through its centre. There is a
large lean-to to the side of the left block. Tudor Gothic style
Two storeys. Central archway flanked by small windows flanked by slight projections
with three windows on either side. Windows are flat headed with two arched lights
with mullions and transoms. Battlemented parapet. Roof not visible. Tudor
carriage arch with 7 bay vault with moulded wall plate, ribs, purlins and ridge
purlins. Panelled doors on either side of archway that lead to plain stick baluster
staircases. Rear elevation has dated lead rainwater heads.
