SX 45 SW MAKER-WITH-RAME MARKET STREET (west side),
Kingsand

House. Circa 1800, with mid C19 and C20 alterations. Slate-hung front on painted
rubble plinth, slate roof with crested ridge tiles.
Single depth plan, with stair hall to left and room to right, 2-storey rear service
wing of one-room plan to right.
3 storeys and 2 windows, all 4-pane sashes, smaller to left, glazed C20 door to left
in flat-roofed wooden porch; moulded eaves cornice.
Interior Straight C19 stair with moulded stick balusters. Room to right at ground
floor and to rear of passage have 2-panelled doors. At first floor in rear wing,
chimneypiece in black slate, painted as marble with red veins.
