SX 45 SW MAKER-WITH-RAME FORE STREET (west side),
Kingsand

9/124 The Narrowboat

GV II

House. Late C18 with C19 and C20 alterations. Rendered, formerly lined out, slate
roof with brick gable end stack to right.
Entrance at left end of front with one or 2 rooms to right, possibly double depth
plan.
2 storeys and 4 windows, all 8-pane sashes in moulded architraves at first floor,
ground floor has recessed C20 door to left with panelled ceiling to porch recess.
Wooden eaves cornice on consoles.
Interior: not inspected.
