Originally 3 storeys and survives to top of first floor level except vestiges of second floor walling attached to chimney. West wall has round-headed brick-arched opening to ground floor and over. Bob wall (east) survives to original height of stone walling; originally framed and weather boarded to second floor and gable. Ground floor opening only.
