Farmhouse. Circa 1800. Shale with granite dressings, hipped scantle salte roof
and brick chimneys over side walls. 2 room double depth plan. 2 storeys, 3
windows. C20 glazed door slightly off centre to right with flanking 20 paned
sashes. First floor has 16 paned sashes. All openings to front of house have
irregular dressed granite jambstones, granite sills and granite keyed, shallow
brick arches. Interior has original stair, chamfered oak lintel over one hearth,
window shutters. 2 panel doors with HL hinges on first floor and pegged roof
structure.
