Cottage, C18, rubble serpentine stone with thatched roof and brick chimneys.
One and a half storeys, symmetrical 2-window front. Ground floor, two 12-pane
horizontal sliding sash windows. Brick stacks at gable ends. Large fireplace
beneath north-east stack has chamfered timber lintel with run-out steps.
Cottage extended at rear with C20 extension continued under thatched roof.
Positioned with north east gable end to road. Retaining wall continues along
roadside enclosing Tregwyn and Chy Dynos which are at a lower level, as the
ground slopes down to the south-west.
