House adjoining row of cottages. Circa mid C19. Granite rubble with granite
dressings. Grouted scantle slate hipped roof with slightly projecting eaves. Brick
chimney over the side walls.
Plan: Double depth plan. Probably 2 rooms at the front flanking an entrance hall
leading to stair hall between rear service rooms.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Nearly symmetrical 3 window front with doorway and window over
slightly left of middle. Original 4-panel door and overlight; original 12-pane
hornless sashes except for 16-pane sash in wider opening at ground floor right.
Interior not inspected.
