Small house. Circa early C19. Dressed granite and granite rubble, roughly coursed,
with dressed granite quoins, jambstones, sills and lintels. Asbestos slate roof with
a. brick chimney over each gable end. Cast-iron ogee gutters.
Plan: 2 rooms with lobby in front of straight stair between; probably parlour, left,
on slightly lower ground and kitchen/living room with large fireplace, right. Later
single-storey lean-to at left hand end.
2 storeys. Nearly symmetrical 2 window south east front with central doorway and
window grouped slightly towards left. C20 door and circa late C19 or C20 4-pane
horned sashes, all in original openings.
Interior not inspected.
An unspoiled small house near the church.
