2 houses at end of row, possibly built as one dwelling. Early
C19. Rendered, slate mansard roof.
2 storeys and attic, 3 windows; small 2-light raking dormers,
central first-floor 12-pane sash in moulded flush box, flanked
by 2-storey canted bays with plain sashes, and moulded
cornices to each floor. Central 6-panel door in pilaster
doorcase with horizontal reeded frieze to rosettes, and
moulded cornice with a slight hood; there is a similar door to
the far left. The back has 2 dormers as the front, and a
central projecting gabled 2-storey range, and a small 2-light
casement at first floor, left. Ridge stacks to centre and to
right gable.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
The building carries a Weymouth Civic Society plaque in
recognition of the careful restoration of original detail.
