8/100 Barn 20 metres to west of Lavethan

Barn. Circa early C19, altered in mid C20. Stone rubble. Roof replaced in mid C20
with corrugated plastic roof of mono-pitch.
Plan: rectangular plan with entrance to far left and several blocked entrances on
front. Remains of circa early C19 stalls for stables to left.
Exterior: Reduced to single storey. 5 door and window openings on front.
Interior: Remains of 2 stalls to stables on left with fine quality fittings.
Although altered this barn is of important group value being in close proximity to
Lavethan (qv).
