Farm outbuilding, probably a cow-house, now store. Uncoursed granite and
killas rubble, whitewashed; slate roof. Rectangular plan, gable to road.
Single storey; central doorway with plain surround, and one square
casement window to the right of this. Included for group value with
Trevithick's Cottage.
