22/11/60 Trerithick (formerly listed as
group of outbuildings at Trerithick)

Row of shippons and stables with loft above and probably cartshed attached on front
right. Probably early to mid C19. Stone rubble with granite quoins and later brick
segmental arches to ground floor openings. Rag slate roof with gable ends.
Plan: Overall rectangular plan barn with shippons and stables on ground floor and
external stair to loft on first floor. Attached on front right, probably cartshed
now used as garage.
Exterior: Two storeys. Asymmetrical front elevation with segmental brick arches to
the door and window openings on the ground floor. Stone rubble external stair to
right of centre. Slatted window openings on first floor with two loft door openings.
Single storey range attached on front right with C20 garage doors. 5 tiered rows of
pigeon holes in left hand gable end.
Interior: Not inspected.
