House. C18 and C19 in appearance but may contain older core. Roughly coursed granite
rubble with dressed quoins and openings, Delabole slate roof. Double depth house of
4 bays with rear wing and outshut and early C20 wing added to left.

Two storeys. Windows are 16 pane sashes with horns, the two centre ones on the first
floor being smaller than the others. Door in third bay from left, 4 panel, the two
upper ones glazed, in plain opening. Roof hipped to right; stacks at either end, the
left hand one a large one, smaller one at right and forward of ridge in centre. Right
hand return slate hung on first floor. Modern windows to left wing and rear wing.
Interior not accessible at time of inspection.
