Probably early C19. Rubble. Slate roof with gable ends. 2 storeys. 4 windows.
Large 2-light casements, ground floor sashes without glazing bars. Carriageway
to left with granite lintel. Stuccoed 1st floor at rear, stone stairs to 1st
floor doorways. Included for group value.

Mrs Wakfer's and adjoining Cottage, Nos 1 to 3 (consec) Wharf Cottages,
William Fisher Gallery and Wharf House form a group.
