C18. Whitened rubble, front partly rendered. Slate roof with gable ends. 2
storeys. 3 windows, sashes in exposed casing with glazing bars. 2 windows
ground floor flanking central doorway. External granite stairs to 1st floor
with iron railings on end wall.

Dolphin Cottage, April Cottage, Nos 2, 3, 4, 8 and 10, Cuckoo Cottage and
Mr drew's Cottage form a group with Nos 7 and 9.
