Ledgerstone and headstone. 1735 and 1795. Ledgerstone in memory of Mark Boddy who
died in 1735 and Humphrey, son of Mark and Joan Boddy who died in 1778. Slate
rectangular stone with marginal inscription and second marginal inscription within.
Incised nowy-headed decorated with angel's heads and verse.
Headstone of William Laskey Clark, late rector of Trevalga who died in 1795, aged 48
leaving a wife and 14 children. Slate rectangular headstone. Verse
Dear Wife now my life is past
Your love to me so long did last
No sorrow for me do not take
But love my children for my sake
Both stones have been reset and lie against a stone wall to the south east of the
church.
