Farm cottage. Circa early C19. Stone rubble with granite dressings. Rag slate roof
with gable ends and brick end stacks.
Plan: Double depth plan with central entrance and 2 reception rooms to front right
and left heated by end stacks. Probably originally 2 small service rooms to rear.
Circa mid C19 outshot extension on right hand gable end.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 3 window front with granite lintels to ground floor
openings. Central C20 door flanked by 2 circa C19 16-pane sashes. Three 12 pane
sashes on first floor. Lean-to outshot extension of stone rubble with slate roof on
right hand gable end.
