Pair of attached houses. Circa early-mid C19. Stucco. Hipped Spanish slate roofs
with stuccoed chimneys, over each side wall and over the central cross party wall.
Projecting eaves.
Plan: pair of attached houses H-shaped plan with shallow wings flanking the garden
front becoming deep wings at the rear. Entrances with entrance porches to each side.
The left hand house has later extension to the inner side of the rear wing.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 1:2:1-bay 4-window south garden front without a
doorway. Left and right hand bays project forward and have moulded stucco
architraves. C19 fretted wooden 3-bay verandah in front of the middle 2 bays.
Original 12-pane hornless sashes throughout. 6-panel doors. Original porches.
Interiors: not inspected.
