Milestone. Probably circa 1864. Painted dressed granite monolith. Triangular
-on-plan shaft over a rectangular-on-plan base. 2 sides of the shaft face the road obliquely and rise from pyramidal stops. Each of these sides has incised lettering and Arabic numerals.
Left-hand side inscription : PENZANCE 5 LANDS END 13.
Right-hand side inscription : HELSTON 8, FALMOUTH 20.
