House and shop. Probably mid C19, with some C20 alterations. Rendered stone rubble.
Asbestos slate roof with ridge tiles and gable ends. Gable end stacks with brick
shafts.
Plan: 2-room plan, with the room to left a shop, with C19 square bay shop window.
The room to right is now also used as a shop, probably originally part of the house.
Exterior: 2 storeys, nearly symmetrical 3-window front, with pilasters and band
course in raised rendering . First floor has three C19 16-pane sashes. Ground floor
has central C19 6-panelled door with C19 12-pane sash to right in plain raised
surround. To left there is the shop window, probably of later C19, a square bay with
rendered stall riser and plate-glass windows; plain chamfered pilasters at the
corners of the bay.
