House. Circa - mid C19 with C20 alterations. Elvan ashlar front with granite
dressings. Right side rendered and slate-hung. Bitumenised slate roof with ridge
tiles and gable ends. Gable end stack to left with brick shaft.
Plan: 2-room plan, with one room to front and rear to left, heated from the gable
end stack. Entrance to right.
Exterior: 2 storeys, nearly symmetrical 2-window front. All windows are late C19 4-
pane sashes; at first floor with flat stone arches and keystones, at ground floor
with voussoirs. The windows are larger at ground floor. C20 half-glazed door to
right with voussoirs. The right side is rendered at ground floor and slate-hung at
first floor, with a C20 window at first floor to right.
