House. Circa early-mid C19. Granite rubble with granite dressings. Slurried
scantle slate roof with brick chimneys over the gable ends.
Plan: double depth plan with 2 room at the front; much wider kitchen, left, and small
parlour, right, with cross passage between leading probably to stair. Late C19 lean-
to at left-hand end.
Exterior: 2 storeys. 3 window south east front, windows and doorway disposed towards
the right and doorway almost central to the fenestration. Ledged door, circa late
C19 or C20 4-pane horned sashes.
Interior: not inspected.
Part of an unspoiled coastal hamlet set in the ancient field system of this part of
Cornwall.
