House. Circa C18, with alterations of C19 and C20. Rendered stone rubble; the right
side painted. Slate roof with ridge tiles and gable ends. Stacks removed.
Plan: 2-room plan over a fish cellar; the house is entered at the left end, where it
is built into the bank; the fish cellar is entered at the right end facing on to
Church Street.
Exterior: 2 storeys on cellar. The front of the house abuts the The Cellar (q.v.)
and has one gabled dormer with C20 window. The right gable end has two plank stable
doors to the cellar; at ground and first floor there is a late C19 4-pane sash. At
the left end there is a small single storey C20 addition to left and C19 half-glazed
door to right; at first floor a late C19 4-pane sash. To rear there is a central 9-
pane window.
Interior: Not inspected, but may retain good internal features such as joinery
details.
