House, comprising former cottage and one bay of house dated 1769. Incised stucco
front with plinth. Graduated slate roof (continuous with Glaslyn House) has stone
coping and kneeler to east with stone end and mid chimneys. 3 storeys, 3 bays.
Central part-glazed door, with 2 sashes to each floor, all in stone surrounds.
