House, originally Brewery, early C19. North and west elevations pebble-dashed;
east of rubble with incised snecked jointing. Graduated slate roof with brick
end chimneys. 2 storeys to west. 3 storey, 3 bay east elevation has small
lean-to with corrugated iron roof to south bay. Large door with segmental head
has part-glazed door to right and small window with glazing bars to left. 1st
floor has central 12-paned sash with single 16-paned sash to either side; three
12-paned sashes to top floor.
