Farmhouse. Dated and inscribed over entrance T & IW 1737. Whitewashed rubble
walls with flush quoins, under graduated greenslate roof with banded sandstone
chimney stacks, that to left rebuilt. 2 storeys, 5 bays with rear extension
forming overall L-shape. Off-centre C20 door in painted stone surround, the
lintel with date panel. 2- and 3-light flat stone-mullioned windows, those on
ground floor right of doorway under continuous dripmould. Rear extension has
sash and casement windows in painted stone surrounds. Left outbuildings
adjoining are not of interest.
