House, now school. Early to mid-C19. Stuccoed brick. A symmetrical
composition of three storeys and three bays. Third, attic, storey above
cornice. Windows sashed, with glazing bars remaining on first and second
floors. First floor sill band. Door flanked by narrow vertical lights,
under a fanlight. Porch has unfluted Greek Doric columns. Interior: stone
dog-leg stair has cast iron balusters.
