4/238 Tudor Cottage

GV II

Detached cottage. Late C17. Dressed limestone, tiled roof,
formerly thatched, brick stack. Gable end to road. Single
storey and attic, 1 window. C20 door in stone porch on north side
with 3-light leaded casement and two 2-light casements to right,
raking buttress to right. Raking dormer has one 2-light casement.
Left return facing road has 2-light casement to first floor. Rear
has French windows and 2-light casements, full raking dormer,
previously an eyebrow dormer has 2-light casement and C20 dormer to
right has 2-light casement. Interior not accessible at time of
survey.
