approx. 30 metres north
west of Reigate Cottage

GV II

Barn. C18/C19. Timber framed and weatherboarded. Brick plinth. Half hipped.
Grey slate roof. flipped midstrey to farmyard. Vertically boarded door and loft door to road. Probably 5 bays. The barn in full use for grain storage. Side purlin ridge board roof. Through bracing to walls. Hanging knees to tie beams. Good group value with Reigate Cottage and barn q.v. 1/95 and 1/97.
