GV II

House, one of pair, in street. Early C19. Smooth rendered, asbestos cement
slate. Adjoining but slightly set back from No 24 (qv), in similar detail. Two
storeys, 2 windows, all 16-pane sash, that lower left being a replacement, in
position of an earlier door; much original glass in sashes. Return, right has
C20 door under a 16-pane sash. Roof hipped to right, brick gable stack; plinth
dying to pavement.
